Fred Clements is an organisational development, learning and strategic HR consultant with over 25 years’ experience across local government and the NHS.

He combines frontline operational experience with senior-level organisational development and leadership expertise, enabling him to support organisations in delivering practical, sustainable change.

Fred works with organisations, teams and leaders to improve performance, strengthen leadership capability and embed approaches that deliver measurable results — not just theory.

He also provides training consultancy support, helping organisations review learning needs, design, develop and deliver learning, including leadership, coaching and mentoring programmes such as ILM Level 5 related provision.
